Ray brings to Falcon Secured Insurance over twenty years of experience in both the insurance and financial services industry.  As a dean’s list graduate with a degree in Finance from Arizona State University, he has been educated and licensed in financial services with a concentration in insurance and financial planning.  In 2014, Ray founded Kerber Insurance Associates and grew the business to a full-service independent agency.  He is currently licensed for Property & Casualty, Life, Health, Disability and Long-Term Care.  Ray is licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, South Carolina, Florida, Oregon and California.  As the president of Falcon Secured Insurance, he has joined forces with Matt Fetick and the Keller Williams team to build a comprehensive agency focused on providing personal service and competitive insurance solutions for our clients.  

Julia is a lifelong resident of Ambler, Montgomery County.  She received her Associates Degree in Liberal Studies from Montgomery County Community College.  Julia joined us as an intern in 2019 when she quickly learned quoting and was ultimately promoted to our Personal Lines Account Manager in 2020.  Julia is our licensed Property & Casualty Personal Lines Account Manager who manages the day-to-day policy service for current and new clients.  Julia also works directly with the Producers and Account Specialist to construct new policies and assist with policy changes.  She is detailed and proficiently navigates our agency management system and software applications.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and helps with childcare at St Anthony’s of Padua parish in Ambler, PA.

Emma is a lifelong resident of Fort Washington, Montgomery County.  She received her Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from Gwynedd Mercy University.  Emma is our licensed Property & Casualty Commercial Lines Account Manager handling the daily management of business accounts including Builders Risk policies, Commercial Auto, Workers Compensation and Professional Liability.  She is truly a rising star in the insurance industry, her detailed oriented nature and responsiveness have resonated with our clients and our team.   She is responsible for workflow management and policy documentation.  Emma is regularly involved in the local community where she enjoys working with children.  

Rachel is a lifelong resident of Montgomery County.  She received her Bachelor of Science from Albright College.  Rachel has been a licensed insurance agent for 19 years and holds a CISR designation.  As our Account Specialist, Rachel helps to support the clients by answering questions about coverages all while supporting the account managers and the Agency Principal.  Rachel is active outdoors, hands on in several schools and enjoys spending time with her family.

Michele is our Concierge Service Coordinator with over 16 years’ experience in the insurance industry.  She received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Temple University.  Michele is a CISR licensed Property & Casualty agent.  She helps our team stay organized, welcomes new clients and ensures our all insureds have a great experience with us.  Michele is also a local humanitarian, working with the school district, cancer charities and is actively involved in helping families in need through her sister’s non-profit organization, Peace & Shake. 

After growing up in Northeast Philly, Sally has lived in Bucks County, PA since 1994.   Sally joined Falcon in November 2020 in time to help execute the first annual group health enrollment process for our Keller Williams affiliate employees.  As the Health Account Manager, Sally supports the current membership, strategizes, and implements enrollment processes, acquaints new hires with their benefit options and onboards new members.  Sally’s experience with insurance comes from 9 years working for Prudential first in the Corporate Comptroller’s office then in the Central Atlantic regional Marketing Office.  In addition to financial reporting, she managed both client and field office concerns, liaised between field management and call center operations, coordinated training and communication of support center procedures and customer service skills, and developed and implemented support center quality assurance.  Sally earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bucknell University and master’s degree in Elementary and Special Education from LaSalle University.  Sally has a passion for personal growth and psychology and has extensively studied Mindfulness which she enjoys teaching to small and large groups and has facilitated global online sessions.  Sally is a proud mother to 3 high-school aged boys.
